INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT

A PIE DE CALLE SEVILLA strives to create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in its courses, as we believe that this fosters learning and other interesting behaviors within a knowledge acquisition process, such as cooperation and teamwork. Any verbal or non-verbal conduct related to violence or lack of respect will be strictly prohibited and therefore, the person or group of people responsible for it will be automatically removed from the activity without the right to readmission or any refund. Any type of activity that involves moral harassment of both teachers and classmates will be equally punishable.

BOOKING AND REFUND CONDITIONS

To reserve your place, it is essential to follow the complete reservation process and make the payment through this website. In the event that A PIE DE CALLE SEVILLA cancels the course, the attendee will be entitled to a change of date or a refund of the amount paid.

In the event that the attendee cancels their reservation, they will be entitled to a change of date, provided they give one week’s notice prior to the event.

If the attendee does not attend the course on the scheduled day and time, the attendee will not be entitled to a change of date or a refund of the amount paid.

The attendee must present the confirmation email received after making the reservation at the time of the course.
